1. Overview
At Aryani Dance Studio, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
2. Registration/Advance Fee
Important: The advance/registration fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs, insurance, and facility maintenance.
3. Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund of the membership fee (excluding advance/registration fee) in the following cases:
- Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel your membership within 48 hours of making the payment and before attending any class
- Studio cancellation: If we cancel a program or close a branch permanently and cannot offer an alternative
- Payment error: If you were charged incorrectly or duplicately
4. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Cancellation within 7 days: If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have attended 2 or fewer classes, you may receive a pro-rata refund minus a 20% administrative charge
- Medical emergency: In case of serious medical conditions that prevent participation for an extended period (must provide valid medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner)
- Relocation: If you permanently relocate outside Bengaluru (must provide valid proof such as transfer letter or new address proof)
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation after 7 days of enrollment
- Missed classes due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or holidays
- Dissatisfaction with the program after attending more than 2 classes
- Membership termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind without valid reason
- Advance/registration fees under any circumstances
6. Membership Pause/Freeze
Instead of cancellation, you may request to pause your membership for valid reasons:
- Membership can be paused for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days
- Only one pause is allowed per membership term
- Your membership end date will be extended by the pause duration
- Pause requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Medical emergencies with valid proof may be eligible for extended pause
7. Refund Process
7.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide your full name, registered phone number, and membership details
- State the reason for your refund request with supporting documents if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
7.2 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add additional 3-5 business days
8. Class Cancellation by Studio
If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (trainer unavailability, power outage, etc.):
- We will notify you as early as possible via WhatsApp/SMS
- A makeup class will be scheduled, OR
- Your membership will be extended by the equivalent days
9. Special Programs and Workshops
For one-time workshops, special events, or short-term programs, different refund terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of registration for such programs.
