1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aryani Dance Studio's website, services, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aryani Dance Studio offers Gymnastics, Adult Freestyle, Kids Freestyle, and Fitness Classes at our Hesaraghatta and Devanahalli branches in Bengaluru. Our services include group classes, personal training, and workshops as described on our website and promotional materials.

3. Registration and Account

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if a minor
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Membership and Payment

4.1 Fees

Membership fees are as listed on our pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%). Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance for the selected plan duration
• We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking)
• Advance amounts, where applicable, are non-refundable registration fees
• Memberships are non-transferable to other individuals

5. Class Attendance and Conduct

5.1 Attendance

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to class for safety reasons
• Missed classes cannot be carried forward or refunded unless specified in your plan
• Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class

5.2 Code of Conduct

All members must:

• Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear
• Follow all safety instructions from trainers
• Treat staff, trainers, and fellow members with respect
• Not engage in any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Keep the studio premises clean and tidy
• Not bring food or drinks (except water) into the training area

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Declaration

By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in physical activities. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before starting classes.

6.2 Liability Waiver

Physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Aryani Dance Studio, its owners, employees, and trainers shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence.

6.3 Children

Parents/guardians are responsible for their children before and after class. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of class. For kids' programs, parents must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and choreography, is the property of Aryani Dance Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Photography and Video

We may photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to appear in such materials unless you notify us in writing of your objection. Personal photography/videography during classes is not permitted without prior approval.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without refund if you violate these terms, engage in misconduct, or for any reason we deem appropriate. You may cancel your membership as per our refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
